  6. A few tips for using Quick CompacterΓäó:
  7. The buttons to the right are Pop-Up-Menus and it takes a while to build the menus. ---->
  8. Click and hold the mouse over the button to see the menu. This stack seems to waste a lot of freespace. Try to compact it often, it will be compacted automatically whenever it is closed. To increase the speed of the Quick CompacterΓäó stack (and many other stacks) start HyperCard┬« and your Home stack from a RAM disk. Only put the Quick CompacterΓäó stack on the RAM disk when you are not adding files to the Quick ListΓäó. Also, if you have a color monitor, set the monitor to black and white, this will speed Quick CompacterΓäó noticeably. There are help files available in the Help menu.
